Rafters is a dynamic and brand new cafe/restaurant experience coming to Laois Shopping Centre. We are currently looking for the following enthusiastic & energetic people to join our dynamic team. Senior Supervisor - Full Time
The successful candidate for this position will have lots of energy & drive for our customers & products. You will have a proven ability to influence & motivate others, & possess excellent attention to detail. Fluent English is essential for this position.

Sous Chef (junior post) Full & Part Time
The successful candidate will have experience in the preparation, cooking & presentation of excellent food in a commercial environment. 1/2 years experience in a similar role, would be desirable, a fluent level of English is required for this position.

Catering Assistants Full & Part Time Positions
The successful candidates will be responsible for the preparation, cooking & serving of a wide range of food and beverages. Excellent attention to detail & a can do attitude is essential, a fluent level of English is required for this position.
